TEAM LEADER – INJECTION SPECIALIST

As the Team Leader, you are the technical and leadership force on-site. You not only possess deep expertise in concrete injection and waterproofing techniques but are also responsible for leading, supervising, and mentoring the applicator team. This role demands high-level critical thinking skills, independence, and strong leadership to ensure all work adheres to SOPs and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, coordinate, and oversee the daily work of the injection applicator teams (Epoxy/PU).
● Serve as the primary expert and analytical person on-site for technical injection and waterproofing challenges.
● Perform firsthand work for complex or critical injection tasks.
● Provide technical training and mentorship to new team members.
● Ensure team compliance with work methods (SOPs), deadlines, and HSE (Health & Safety) standards.
● Create regular progress reports for the Project Managers.

Qualifications (Team Leader):
● Male / Female, minimum 30 years old.
● Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as a concrete injection specialist/applicator (Epoxy/PU).
● Required: Strong and proven leadership skills.
● Required: Expert-level understanding of various waterproofing methods and materials (integral, membrane, coating, etc.).
● Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
● Possess swift and precise troubleshooting and on-site decision-making abilities.

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS (Applicable to ALL Positions):

●    Domiciled in Denpasar or surrounding areas (preferred).
●    Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK/STM).
●    Physically healthy, highly disciplined, and accustomed to working in a construction project (field) environment.
●    Required: High mobility. Must own a personal motorcycle and an active SIM C license.
●    Honest, responsible, proactive, and possesses a strong work ethic.
●    Flexible and willing to work overtime if needed to meet project deadlines.
